I chose this dip because I was curious, I had no idea that it needed to be baked or what it would taste like, but I was pleasantly surprised. In my opinion it had a tangy flavor and it was good. I would definitely purchase to serve at a party or potluck it's too much for just my family and I.

The cheese in this looks unappetizing. I know cotija is crumbly but this looks like vomit right up the middle of the pan. There are no instructions, either. I mixed it up and tried it as is (cold). It has good flavor and a little spice but still does not present well, and it's nowhere near as good as the other street corn dip's Sam's and Aldi's have. I also put some in a dish and heated to see if that improved it, and it did immensely. They need to put heating directions on this. It's also a bit pricy.

Great party dip. There is no prep work other than preheating the oven and then waiting. Once done just mix everything up and serve! The flavors are phenomenal. There is a little heat, but it's not too bad. I'm not a big cilantro fan, but you really can't tell it's mixed in.

I think there should have been some instructions on the packaging instructing someone how to warm it up. I did find that info online. As for the quality and taste of the food I was very impressed. The food was fresh, cooked well and I liked the flavor. It had a good amount of spiciness and when warmed up was fantastic. Hope to have this again.

I tried the Mexican cheese corn dip from Sam's. It has all the ingredients chopped and separated in the tray. I used it 2 ways. One was mixed and cold and spread on crackers. The other was heated and melted and for a chip dip. Both ways were yummy. The Mexican cheese is soft and seasoned so it tastes full flavored with a tiny bit of spice. The roasted corn, diced tomatoes and onions were fresh and the shredded yellow cheese was a nice complement to the final dish. My family loved it.

My personal stance is that you can never go wrong with bringing a dip to the party, and this was no exception. Mexican street corn dip is on another level. It was full of flavor and was quick and easy to pop in the oven to heat up. My family absolutely destroyed it in minutes. Will definitely be buying this again and again!

I love how the ingredients are fresh. It does have to be cooked and turned out a bit watery, probably from the tomatoes. There was a basketball game today and my husband did happen to just invite some friends over to watch so this appetizer worked out well.

I loved the packaging of this product. It was easy to see the high quality ingredients contained. I did not see cooking instructions on the package so I'm not sure if this product can be eaten cooked or also uncooked. I baked it at 400 for 20 minutes. The taste was very good! It's creamy and cheesy and had me going back for more!

The Members Mark Mexican Style Street Corn Dip really hits the spot on a hot day. It contains diced red onion, shredded cheddar cheese, a pico salsa, roasted corn and a layer of the dip, which seems to be a blend of cheeses (cojita, white American, cream cheese maybe, with spices). All of the ingredients tasted fresh. The presentation is nice in the package too. I wasn't sure if all the ingredients needed to be mixed up or not. I served it mixed up in a bowl to my husband and he didn't even use chips, just ate it with a spoon it was so tasty. A plus is that the dip is low carb too (without the corn). It would also be good put into a taco or burrito.
