I really love this cheese the texture the consistency!

This was my first time purchasing El Mexicano Queso Fresco Casero and I really like the flavor and texture. It is savory and works well crumbled on a salad or on crackers with hard salami. Looking forward to learning and trying other recipes.

Queso Fresco Casero has a really great taste... perfect to use on anything!

Perfect for enchiladas and quesadillas

My family likes this cheese slit

Hope you guys can bring more options to Hawaii. Are you guys have it in the mainland?

Sam's Club used to sell the Cacique brand, but its major competitor still does. I wish I could cut back on having so many memberships, but if this continues, I won't be able to because El Mexicano is just horrible.

Not what I was expecting, I thought it would be more like Cacique Queso Fresco Ranchero

My family loves queso fresco. We usually buy the Cacique Queso Fresco however, this trip around Cacique was out so I decided to give this brand a try. Taste and texture was not as rich as Cacique. Also, the major con was that the outer layer of the cheese turned a purple/black color within a week gross. Definitely don’t recommend.

Don’t buy this cheese it is not near as good as the ranchero brand. Its been 3 weeks and hopefully the store brings back the Ranchero Brand. Please local Sams Club bring back the Ranchero Brand
