My son has been using a Bentgo for years! He loves having all the compartments filled with different goodies and it is quite durable except very recently we did buy a new pair of Bentgo lunchboxes and my son somehow found a way to crack the bottom of it, my guess is it was with some force because of the thick well formed plastic but we weren’t given an explanation from the scholar as to how it happened. To remedy the situation I contacted Bentgo directly as it was still under the 2 year warranty and they got a new tray within a few days. We are quite satisfied with this product and plan to keep using it for years to come!

We purchased this box with high hopes and we got exactly what we were looking for in a lunchbox for our kiddo. It's a great size to allow an assortment of food and the adjustable divider makes that even easier. My only wish is that the adjustable divider was just a bit more difficult to remove, so that it doesn't get lost if the box gets tipped.

I really like this lunchbox. It fits just the right amount of food, and I’ve loved using it for the past 2 years. I did notice some mold on the top where there is a bit of silicone to prevent leaks. Apparently if you clean regularly with white vinegar, that prevents that problem.

Love the boxes and the customer service is even better. I used these daily for my kids and after a year some did develop mold in the silicone top. I called customer service to see how best to clean this and they are helping with this problem. My kids love the boxes and keeps their lunch separated.

I recieved the purple Bentgo Brights lunch box from my cousin as a gift for my at the time upcoming Kindergartener. I absolutely loved the box and so did my girl, however we somehow got a crack in the insert. I contacted customer service and they are sending me a replacement. What speaks volumes about a company is not only that they stand behind their products, but how courteous they were during the process. I am a lifelong customer, and have bought other products. Don't waste your money with cheap substitutes. You get what you pay for!

The lunch box is a solid lunchbox that is easy for kids to use and fun to pack with the different compartments and compartment sizes. The lid seals tightly so that sauces don't leak into other areas of the lunchbox, which is really nice. My kids love the lunchboxes and the fun designs! With normal wear, the latches gave out within a year. However, filing a warranty claim was quick and simple. Definitely recommend.

Both of my kids have been using their Bentgo lunchboxes for a few years now. My kids love them. It makes lunch making and the cleanup easy. We had a small issue come up recently and reached out to customer service. They were so quick to respond and help out. Really great customer service and helped us resolve our issue.

I bought two pack of these for my two kids in daycare a year ago. They have worked perfectly for our needs, although on the fresh ones our day care provider has lost the insert/divider on both our boxes which is a pain, but not Bentgo’s fault. In fact I reached out to them when it happened and they send me two dividers for free! Daycare has since lost those but I haven’t reached out again since I’m sure they will just continue to lose them. However I reached out this week because the one kids lunchbox latch broke. I figured they wouldn’t be able to do anything, but they immediately responded that a replacement is on its way to me. I was shocked as I purchased this product just over a year ago. You have just secured a customer for life! When these boxes are worn out I will be buying them again! As for functionality I love both boxes for different reasons. I love that I can add ranch dressing for my kids veggies right to the kids one and the bigger spots are nice for larger fruit in the fresh box. I fill both up on Sunday so Monday and Tuesday lunches are covered but I may just purchase a couple more so I can prep more lunches and make our evenings a little less hectic. My child used Bentgo Boxes last year for school. This year we tried the stainless steal ones. I love them because they are spacious and easy to clean. However, my kids found them to be too heavy to carry around in their backpacks. Bentgo has amazing customer service, which is why I will continue to buy their products, and are working with me to get something that will better suit my kids.

Bought our boxes last summer for our 4 Kids. Unfortunately, two of them have thrown away their removable dividers. I contacted bentgo and they made it SUPER easy to send me new ones, and I’m super glad! It would be much harder to use them without the dividers!
