I had purchased Bentgo lunch boxes for both my 2 year old grandchildren, unfortunately, one box had a "black discoloration" appear on the top of the box (rubber substance marking the boxes). I could not clean it, I contacted Bentgo and they have graciously offered to replace! Now that is customer service at its best!

I had two boxes that were ruined due to mold. The mold was present because of the common habit of leaving food in the containers too long. My kids are instructed to bring their lunch boxes to the sink now so I may clean the containers immediately. That said, I contacted customer service and Reymon offered to replace the two boxes! I appreciate it much. Some companies may not be so generous. Bentgo truly cares for their customers and delivers excellent products. .

Packing lunch daily was a daunting task for one, but when our second started school I immediately felt overwhelmed at the thought of packing two lunch boxes. My mom gifted the kids one bentgo each and it took a lot of the thinking out of what and how to pack lunch. Love how easy it is to wash too.

It is superior quality and it can keeps food separated which is very important for our boy. He cannot wait to use it when he goes back to school but for now we take it to have picnic in our backyard. We own 2 Bentgo lunch boxes and they are our favourite lunchboxes for our son since junior kindergarten. It was the easiest box to open and close. Leakproof and great portion sizes for small kids. The prints and colors are fun and the trays come out easily for washing. We also got extra trays and covers for when we can prep some items in advance to save on time in the morning. Another advantage is that it comes with a 1 or 2-year warranty.

I bought the dinosaur backpack and bento kids print lunch box together for my toddler son after searching for several options online. The features I really like are compartments for portion control, leak proof design and the cute prints. Unfortunately the compartment developed a crack, however the bentgo customer service is awesome and prompt and they processed a replacement within minutes of reaching out to them. I would surely recommend this product and the company that stands behind its products.

I really like these and my daughter loves the fun prints. I do wish these had a built in chill pack. I have also found when I put the tray in the dishwasher the bottom holds a lot of water, when the dishwasher is done I still have to put them flipped over on a drying rack. Still great product but prefer the chill ones a little more.

We use the Bentgo Kids Print box for son in Grade 1 - its used daily and has held up extremely well. It is well sealed and has zero leaks and is well built. Its actually the best lunch box we have ever used for my son's lunch. We would highly recommend this box for anyone looking for a high quality box.
