The brownies themselves were very good. My only complaint is that these are not decorated as pictured in the listing online, they are often decorated for the current holiday season. If you are using these for something other than a holiday party, they may clash with your event...as they did for us.

I had called ahead and ordered a brownie tray. Usually they are in stock but I just wanted to make sure I got one. I told them it was for a baby shower. I go to pick it up on the day and time that was scheduled and they could not find it out back. She said let me see if they put it on the floor by mistake. She came back with a brownie tray from the floor with orange decorations and yellow sprinkles. It was not what I ordered. She stated this was all they had. When I said it was for a baby shower and that the orange and yellow will not match the theme she said that I could wait an hour and she can pull one from the freezer and make a regular one. I did not not have time to wait so I had to take what she gave me. Did not offer any discount or even an I am sorry we messed up. I was very disappointed. The brownies were good though. :)

What’s going on with Sam’s?!Did they change ingredients or bakers or what?!?!I bought these a year or so ago and they were very good.I bought these today for Valentine’s day and they were SO bad!!!!Very dry and the icing was so thick and sweet!!!!Tasted So Commercialized.Little Debbie’s would be a credit to these.Buy the box mix and make your own.I Do not recommend.

These were "brownies". But there was nothing "brownie" about them. They are more like a very, very dense cake with a slab of heavy icing on top. I would not buy these again. They would be fine if you were buying them for children for a party, but not for anyone who loves brownies, as these are no resemblance to them. They were a disappointment and not fun to eat IMO.

Good value a little too sweet

Very delicious. My favorite is the caramel drizzled. Enough to share😁
