Product lacking in quality

Purchased 3 small boxes. Ended up inhaling large tissue dust, irritating my throat.

Safety is at the heart of all we do here at Puffs, and we can assure you that our tissues are thoroughly evaluated to be safe when used as directed. As well, we do have many quality checks in place to ensure that they reach you in the best possible condition. We'd like to mention that the softness of tissues is directly related to the amount of lint. The softer the paper, the more lint there may be, and we do regularly shut down our manufacturing lines to remove excess lint that could drop onto products.
