Quality has dropped dramatically.  Tissue is thinner, rough and little to no lotion. Disappointed.

The scan was supposed to be Kleenex 12 Flat boxes for $13.? with scan and go  it scanned the bar code and it came up Puffs 22 pm $17.98 savings of $2.50.  This was on Nov. 6, 2025.  I have the Kleenex wrapper with the bar code, I  just have NOT been back to have it scanned and corrected.  I did NOT buy Puffs.

I LOVE these tissues! I tried to switch to the members mark brand because they were cheaper and I could tell a difference. I use tissues every morning and night (I am just blessed with high need sinuses!). These are soft, tough/hold up, and don’t irritate skin at all.
