I have been buying Puffs Plus Lotion for years, however, in the last 3-4 weeks, the tissues have not been coming out one at a time but instead in bunches of tissues. Then you have to grab a tissue and pull it up from inside the box. What has happened??????

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked this product a lot for it's strength and gentleness but I'm not sure if I will purchase it because I'm thinking that it will be too expensive. I will definitely look in to it though and if the price is right i will purchase them from now on.

Puffs brand tissues are the ultimate tissues I have tried other brands early on when I first set up housekepping thirty years ago and quickly discovered that there were none that compared to their softness and durability, the three pack is my personal favorite but prefer to use the square box on the nightstand in my bedrooms. My son who is grown now came down with the flu so I gathered up the ( you'll alway's be my baby basket ) with Mom's homeade chicken noodle soup, puffs with vicks threw in some vicks cough drops and some other esentils to make him feel better, I had no sooner returned to my own home when the phone rang when I answered the first thing he said to me was " I Love these tissues".

I love Puffs Plus Lotion. They are the only tissues I use. But I hate the box colors that you have been using for at least the last year. All of the ones at the stores I have near me are a green/aqua color that clashes with every decor. I have been hoping you would have new colors available. I have to put the tissues in other containers and throw out your boxes. Please start offering basic colors again.

I am a retired quality manager and I notice changes in quality probably more than most. I have bought Puffs Plus Lotion for years because they were the best by far. Unfortunately, I recently noticed a significant change in the quality of the tissues. They are now thinner, less durable, less absorbing and less gentle on my nose. Disappointing.

Then I received these Puffs tissues in the mail and was so happy! They are super soft, absorbent, and left my nose feeling clean rather than achy. Great product I would recommend to anyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was always leery of trying a tissue with lotion in it but I was surprised how great these are. I imagined that these would have a wet feeling to them because of the lotion but they just feel soft and work well to keep my nose from feeling dry and sore.

I used to love Puffs Plus Lotion. I could use them for days when I had a cold or allergies and not get a red, irritated nose. However, they have changed these tissues recently. They now are really uncomfortable and scratchy. Even on good days, when my nose isn't running very much, they still feel scratchy. I currently have a cold and am very sorry that I purchased these.

It's comforting knowing that this tissue has the added lotion and is always my go to when I have a cold and having to blow my nose alot. It really helps with the dryness that you'd get with plain tissue. I've been using this for years and will continue to do so! Thanks @Puffs for this wonderful product!

I have used and boasted about Puffs Plus for over 10 years. The original lotion formula was great and my nose said so. Then the formula changed and it wasn't as good but still better than nothing. NOW, the box says stronger and the tissue says thinner. I need twice as many. Time to move on for this consumer.
