Tissue is rough

I've always bought Puffs Plus Lotion because they were so soft. Something has changed and they are not soft but rough. Very disappointed.

We'd also like to mention that the last change we made to our Puffs Plus Lotion tissues was back in 2019, when we added 40% more soothing lotion to them.
