Very dry tissues

The last 4 boxes I have bought have ruff tissues in them. This is not the first time. I just may get another brand. They are so ruff.

No Lotion....?

My last few boxes that I purchased do not seem to have any lotion in the tissue as there has been in the past. What changed?

The last change we made to our Puffs Plus Lotion tissues was in 2019, when we added 40% more soothing lotion to them.
