The quality of this product has declined a lot!

USED to be the best quality tissue but NO LONGER! Tissues separated into nothingness and where is the lotion???

Liked Old Puffs Plus with Aloe

Shea butter does not prevent sore noses like Aloe does. Also, quality control has gotten worse- more wrinkled tissues in box; not folded evenly.

Puffs Not as Soft as they used to be

We have used Puffs with Lotion for many years. The latest batch doesn't seem to be as soft as they once were like maybe you forgot to add the lotion.
