MOISTURE FEELS UNCOMFORTABLE

I MUCH PREFER THE FACIAL TISSUE TO BE DRY AND SOFT, NOT MOISTURIZED. PUFFS ARE MY GOTO TISSUE FOR SOFTNESS AND DRYNESS.
