Please note that we have strict quality control measures in place to ensure that our products perform as intended, and you can try gently pulling the edge of the tissue to retrieve one at a time, as this may help. Additionally, the first few tissues from a new box may be prone to dispensing more than one at a time due to variations in humidity.
