What have you done to this tissue? It is not nearly as soft as it used to be, I am very disappointed!!!!!!!!!

I don’t know who invented puffs plus but bless your heart!!! It’s the only tissue I will buy and it is non negotiable.

I bought the lotion tissues because I have a cold. The tissues seemed dried, they even left my nose irritated. I have 2 boxes left of this product.
