Puffs is a Hug For The Nose! When my nose needs a little TLC! It is soft, warm and gentle and it cleans up without tearing. I love me some Puffs

What happened. Puff + with lotion is not as soft and I cannot detect moisture. I used to really enjoy them when I had a "cold". I am disappointed..
