Love your Puffs with Lotion tissues! and won’t buy other brands. For first time I had an issue with box I keep in my car. When I pull a tissue out thru the first third of box there are small pieces in middle that come loose all over me. In trying to read any identifying info from my box I keep in car, I can barely make out the following: 3102UO207N2.

After teaching for almost 10 years, my immune system has become super-charged and it has been a long time since I required tissues to help with illness induced runny nose. Unfortunately I succumbed to the dreaded summer cold and made a special trip to the drugstore with my young baby to pick up the tissues I knew would save my poor sore nose. Sadly the Puffs Plus Lotion I got are NOT what I remember - in fact they are barely softer than the store brand tissues that tore my nose up in the first place. I am so sad :(

I absolutely love this tissue even the new design for the box and how the tissue comes out without tearing is wonderful. The tissue is super soft and when my allergies were bad and I used a box a day my nose wasn't sore. I don't even buy another brand anymore. This is the best hands down!

LOVE the tissues, but agree w/a couple other of the complaints written earlier. 1. They're not as soft as they used to be (oh, 10 or more yrs. ago) and 2. They're smaller in size compared to years ago. They're still the only tissues my family uses, as they don't give you Rudolph nose : ). Have'nt tried the 'vicks' tissues, but if all it is is a scent, don't think I will. Had enough of Vicks when I was a little girl-LOL!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is very soft and I ind it to be desirable if I were to come down with a cold - I did use the product since I needed a tissue for a sneeze and it seemed to just hug my nose in softness because of the lotion - which also was pleasant to touch.

I have/had been a Puffs Plus Lotion user for years. I grew up with Puffs in the house. (I loved the subtle scent of the old school Puffs) I have purchased Puffs Plus faithfully for many, many years. I can not do so any longer. During a summer cold I went to my standby, Puffs Plus. I bought 2, 3 packs. After I started the first box I was instantly taken back by how rough they were and that they felt as if there was nothing "soothing" on them for a lotion. I opened up the other two boxes in the 3 pack, and they were the same. I took back the 2nd 3 pack and bought some Kleenex Cool Touch. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! The Kleenex are what Puffs Plus USED to be. Just to make sure I wasn't just being overly critical, I used a Puffs Plus to clean one lens on my glasses and a Kleenex Cool Touch on the other. Needless to say, I used the Puffs Plus to clean the lotion from the Kleenex tissue off of my glasses. Very disappointing. Bring back the old Puffs Plus. There is NOTHING improved with the changes you have made.

I suffer from allergies all year round and always have a pack of Puffs with lotion with me. During the worst of my allergies, using Puffs with lotion, my nose isn't nearly as tender or raw as with other tissues. I appreciate that they have different variations (Vicks, etc.). I am allergic to fragrances, so I stick with the original puffs with lotion because I know they work for me.

I like the puffs plus lotion because they are heavy duty and are also very moisturizing. My daughter can wipe her nose as many times as she wants and there's no chafing or redness

Hello Puffs. This is my normal tissue brand to buy however the last two boxes didn't seem to be as lotiony as usual. Here in Houston the pollen count has been outrageous and I have been fighting that pollen count for 5 days now. Hoping my Puffs lotion tissues would ease the burden of wiping my nose, I've used them diligently however they seem to have rubbed my nose raw. As I stated before this is my normal brand but this box did not stand up to the allergy week I've had and did not feel like they had much lotion.

I have been buying Puffs Plus Lotion for years, however, in the last 3-4 weeks, the tissues have not been coming out one at a time but instead in bunches of tissues. Then you have to grab a tissue and pull it up from inside the box. What has happened??????
