Not that soft

I got these during allergy season and they were not as soft as i remembered actually kind of rough. Was really disappointed in them.

Used to be much better

When it was Puffs ultra soft and strong, it was awesome. Now that it's Puffs ultra soft it's only okay.

Where's the Lotion?

Just bought two boxes of Puffs Plus Lotion and while they are fluffy and soft as I would expect from Puffs, I've yet to feel the lotion.
