Previously, Puffs plus were the only tissues I bought. However - they no longer have as much lotion & are not as soft. Also, the box I am currently using has a peculiar odor - I don't like it at all. I hate it when a company chages a product & it becomes inferior to the original product. The boxes are awful. Really, can you picture them in a newly remodeled, upscale bathroom? They are very unattractive & not even pretty colors or muted colors. Way to help you competition!!

I have a severe drainage disorder which requires me to constantly use tissues. I purchase 3 packages of Puffs Plus Lotion Facial Tissues, 3 family boxes, 124 tissues per box each and every week. This product has always been my go to tissues, never considering any other brand. Count them, I alone go through 9 boxes of your tissues each week, 36 boxes each month. There are other facial tissues on the market which are much cheaper but with my condition I must have what I "ONCE" considered the best. My ear, nose, throat specialist recommended these tissues to me almost two years ago. I am now in such disgust with the quality of these tissues. What happened to the Lotion?, What happened to the soft thick product they use to be?? I am so utterly disappointed in the poor change of these tissues. You now provide a tissue that isn't soft and is so thin I must use 2 or 3 at a time to prevent blowing a hole through the product. You changed your tissues to SAVE YOU MONEY yet still charge the same high price to the public. I expect some feedback and with as much money as I've paid out I hope you have the decency to replace some of my loss.

I got this product for testing purposes complementary from Influenster. I am definitely not disappointed in the to go version! I have horrible allergies and this is nice to have around for my sneeze fits! It isn't harsh on my skin and gets the job done! @Influenster #Passthepuffs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bad allergies, and am constantly using tissue...which normally leads to a Rudolph nose. Using this product is great because it's gentle and plushy and doesn't irritate my sensitive skin. No red nose is definitely a good thing!

I have used Puffs Plus without fail for many years. However, recently, an inferior product has been substituted in the Puffs Plus Lotion box. It is scratchy and absolutely not the same. My daughter noticed as well. Did you change the formula or was perhaps there was an industrial error? UPC code 0-3700039363-4

I too have had issues with my new boxes of Puffs Plus. I have been using these for many years and it is the only brand I buy. So, imagine my disappointment when my newest box felt a little bit like sandpaper to my nose. Having allergies I use a lot and this has not been pleasant. Unfortunately, I bought 2 packages of three boxes and have 5 more! Here is the UPC from one of the boxes - 3700007545. Please let me know if you need further information to reimburse me for this. I am so sorry to see that you have decided to change something you are using in these. What a mistake!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is awesome. I have sensitive skin and I had a pretty bad cold at the time. I normally get a little rash on my nose for using so much tissue in a short period, this did NOT occur with this product.

I have always loved Puffs with Lotion and would always buy only that type since it seemed the softest and most soothing, Recently when I have bought both the large boxes and the cubes they seem to be scented . I had never noticed this before and checked the box to make sure it didn't say this was a scented variety and it did not mention it. I am very sensitive to scents and it was so strong I could smell it before it even reached my face. I had to discard 3 boxes because of this. I also noticed that they did not seem as soft as usual ,scented or not and like a previous review, had to check the box again to make sure these were the lotion Puffs.Have they changed? I would hate to have to switch brands !

I have purchased Puff's plus since I can remember, I've always loved the product and nothing protects my nose better. I have sinus issues so my tissue means a lot to me, but I have to say Puff's has gotten worse and worse over the years.I just bought a new box and for the little bit of tissues I did get, there was also hardly any lotion and holes in the tissue sheets. Kleenex seems to be making a better tissue with lotion now and that's sad, because I usually am a loyal customer

We use the cubes but for a while now they've been EXTREMELY HARD TO PULL OUT and when you can finally get them out you get a wad. we use them because of the size convenience but with the added waste and increased frustration makes them a poorer value. obviously something changed in manufacturing and or quality control. Please Fix This.
