They're always soft and smell clean, if that makes sense lol some tissues have a chemical weird smell and these definitely don't. They never run my nose raw no matter how much I blow it with these!

I have always found Puffs to be soft and even at height of allergy season or have a cold puffs with lotion is such a godsend. Any other brand just feels very rough on my skin.

I don't know what has happened to the quality of these tissues but they are terrible. I used to buy these tissues exclusively but lately they feel like sand paper. Horrible, horrible, horrible

This is the only Kleenex I buy, I have allergies. This is the only one that doesn't hurt my nose, it's soft and perfect to use. I don't get redness on my nose or under it.

I have used Puffs Plus lotion for years. Recently I find the texture is rougher and and abrasive. There seems to be less lotion effect as well. I’m considering changing brands. Has the composition changed? I buy the ten pack of large boxes at Sams.

I have used these tissues often, with satisfaction. Not this box! Is it possible the tissues did not get the coating of lotion they were supposed to? Frustrated, and sore nosed, I bought the store brand, much better, sorry Puffs, you lost my vote.

i do not use any other brand tissue. it is the strongest and softest on the market. packaging colors and designs are sometimes a little out there, but i buy them anyway.
