The first thing I purchase when I have a cold are "Puffs". How disappointed I was when I opened my box of "Puffs with Lotion' only to find that they are NO LONGER SOFT, and Lack the lotion! Please brind back the REAL PUFFS!

I have no clue as to why people rate this product even a 2...there’s no softness about it and certainly no “lotion”..will not make a mistake and buy this product again, back to Kleenex it is!

Normally, whenever I have a cold I always reach for puffs. This time, the puffs that I purchased are just as rough as other brands. I think they forgot to add the lotion.
