I love Puffs because they are soft and are not thin like other tissues. The lotion added to the tissues help with the softness. The tissues are good for so many uses, nose, cuts, can even use on my dogs.

These used to be amazing tissues. The only ones I would use because they were so soft. Now they suck!!! They are just like regular tissues. I will be buying from your competition from now on!

i have used Puffs forever. I love them. However, i have noticed Puffs Basic and Puffs Ultra soft & strong don't seem to be as strong. i hope the quality can go back to the way they were!

I have used Puffs with Lotion for a very long time. They are so soft and especially comforting when you have a cold. Nothing can compare with the softness and sturdiness of this tissue.

The last couple times I have bought these, they have been like the Kleenex cardboard feeling one ply tissues. They practically disintegrate in my hand and they feel dry. Let me know when you change them back.
