Purchase puffs plus lotion for my running nose and I was disappointed this tissue was hard and dry no lotion at all ill stick to the ultra soft this just made my nose upset

I recently purchased 12 boxes of Puffs Plus Lotion (in a new box), my regular brand, and these are different!! They are coarse with no hint of lotion and have slubs of heavier paper all over the sheets. What's going on??

I absolutely love Puffs. Puffs plus lotion is my favorite tissue when I have a cold. I really like Puffs with Vicks, but they are difficult to find.
