I recently purchased a 4 pack me and my family were sick there's no lotion in the tissues the tissues are just as rough as regular tissues are. Is very unsatisfied

I don't know what you changed, but for the first time my nose was so red and sore as if there was NO lotion in your tissues. Definitely a change in product.

Bought a four pack of the puffs plus lotion and the tissues do not contain any lotion very thin and dry did not meet my expectations, will look at another brand next time I need to purchase

These are the best facial tissues I have ever used. I no longer use any others. They prevent the redness and irritation that other tissues cause to my nose.

I love Puffs with lotion. My daughter has terrible seasonal allergies and regular tissues make her nose all red and she cries. But with the Puffs with lotion--no more crying.
