Puffs with or without lotion is great. It is soft especially if you have a sore nose from a cold or allergies. it is the only tissues I buy for the whole family.

When you have allergies or a cold and your nose is rare and raw, the Puffs with lotion are really soft and less irritating. Also softer on baby's skin.

We used this for many years, but they recently changed to a cheap single ply. Apparently that wasn’t cheap enough because as far as we can tell there’s no lotion either. Saddest thing is they flat out lie, claiming they’ve made no changes.

When you have a cold/allergy/ covid there nothing better a tissue with lotion in it against your sore nose that is running/ hot just take away the that feeling of burning to cool
