I have been using puffs with lotion for years and your product used to be great! The last few months, however, I have found that the quantity of tissues per box diminish and the tissues are rough - what happened??????

I like Puffs for being the trend setter for making tissues softer and more comfortable to use. I do wish I could find them in larger quantity boxes instead of just the boutique size and at a more economical price.

I don’t think there is any lotion on these tissues. My nose is killing me. Are you being stingy or even not using lotion and getting the same amount? If this doesn’t get fixed l might as well get kleenex.
