I don't know what you changed, but for the first time my nose was so red and sore as if there was NO lotion in your tissues. Definitely a change in product.

They're always soft and smell clean, if that makes sense lol some tissues have a chemical weird smell and these definitely don't. They never run my nose raw no matter how much I blow it with these!

I have always found Puffs to be soft and even at height of allergy season or have a cold puffs with lotion is such a godsend. Any other brand just feels very rough on my skin.
