I'm disappointed in the latest quality of Puffs Plus. The tissues used to be very soft and strong. Recently, the tissues seem to be rough and I blow holes right through them. In the past I would have recommeneded them, but now I would not.

I have been using Puffs Plus Lotion for years, but recently purchased 4 boxes and its like using sandpaper! Very disappointing and a waste of my money!
