I buy the 3 packs of 124 plus lotion often and recently as of 2022 I’ve been getting surprised with Vick’s scented tissues even though the box just says plus lotion

I bought 4 boxes of the puffs with lotion due to having a sickness in the house. They are rougher then tissues with no lotion. I am so disappointed with the product and the money spent for something that isn't what it claims.

I have no clue as to why people rate this product even a 2...there’s no softness about it and certainly no “lotion”..will not make a mistake and buy this product again, back to Kleenex it is!
