Why did you change your Puffs plus lotion? You used to be able to feel their lotiony softness on your skin? Now they just feel like regular old tissues. Please bring back the Puffs we love.

Heals your nose, but feels very spory. The last 3 (Three) or 4 (Four) Kleenexes are folded-up, in half. Some kleenexes have only half of a kleenex in the box.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Puffs is always my go to tissue. The lotion ones are so soft and prevent my nose from getting sores. These come in handy during the winter when cold season comes along.

Have you changed the formula for my favorite Puffs Plus? It seems a lot less strong and isn't nearly as durable as in the past. After many, many years, afraid I am going to have to try another product.

Ever since Covid your product is not the same it felt cool to the touch before you could actually feel the lotion but since Covid it’s just as dry and abrasive to my skin as a normal tissue I will not be buying puffs plus no lotion anymore
