I have been using puffs for years. They are a lifesaver to those who have allergies and are in need of a tissue often. However, the last to multi packs that I have purchased are different. The box begins like the original tissues but about halfway through the box they become rough and feel like an ordinary store brand tissue. Please check into this new development. I want my old pufffs back!

The latest Puffs Plus tissues that I have purchased as multi-packs and then as single boxes mights as well be Pledge Dry Cloths. The new texturized cloths are scratchy and I would be surprised to know that there is any lotion in them. I'm a long-time user but would be willing to experiment with other brands -- even my supermarket's 3-ply store brand with lotion might be better than these. Please bring back my Puffs Plus in its orginal form.

I got these tissues in my @Influenster TLC Vox Box and they definitely came at the right time: allergy season! I feel like I am always blowing my nose! With these, I don't get the dreaded red and sore nose I get with other tissues, they are soooo soft!! Please #PassThePuffs !!

I had the flu with a bad cold and I had my husband get me some tissues. I told him to get the Puffs Plus with lotion because it was going to help protect my nose. When I opened the box I thought that it was kind of dry and rough. Then I thought maybe you need to crush them a little to release the lotion, no luck. I don't think there is any lotion at all on these tissues. They are so rough I can't use them. I will throw the whole box. I have used them in the past and didn't have any problems. Very disappointed with this product.

I bought a box of Puff's Plus Lotion and they are like sand paper. I had my daughters and friends feel them and they agree that they definitely were wrong. So disappointing, especially when I have the start of a raging cold and there is a snowstorm outside, keeping me from going back to the store. :(

I have been buying Puffs Plus for years. Recently, I am disappointed. I can only say something is wrong with this product. I purchase them at BJ's wholesale and I've noticed that there are several tissues in each box and they feel scratchy like tissue paper. Is there less lotion in them now? Something seems odd.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] MY son and I love Puff's Plus Lotion! He was sick last week and I gave him my sample pack to keep next to his bed.He and i both like them because they are soft and kept his nose from getting sore! i tried them too and they are great.

These are way thinner than they used to be. Very poor quality. Also, there are clumps of white stuff, that almost looks like balled up lotion that fell on to my black dress pants when I was out at an event and when I went to brush them off they smeared all over my pants! I have been buying your product for years. Never again!

I've purchased Puffs with Lotion but I'm very disappointed in the lack of lotion. I agree with many other reviews that the "LOTION" needs to be removed from the packaging because it's very misleading. In the past you could not use lotion tissues to clean eye glasses because it left a film. Now, you can! It's as if there is no lotion whatsoever in the tissue. Tissues are thinner & not soft!

I like these tissues, but the box runs out much faster than expected. The box advertises 72 tissues, but we counted only 48 in the box. This happened twice so far. I am very upset about their dishonesty. They should not be able to get away with this.
