I have used Puffs Plus Lotion for longer than what I can recall. However, in the past month or two the overall quality of Puffs Plus has declined tremendously. The individual tissue has become extremely thin and does not do a good job. I wonder why I am paying more now than what I did years ago for a product that is of far less quality and value. I will be finding a new product to utilize unless Puffs addresses this poor product.

I am a dedicated, long time user of Puffs tissues. I recently purchased a multipack of Puffs +lotion- each of the three boxes were at least 1/3 filled with half sheets of tissues- like they were torn down the middle. Maybe you need to check your processing plant. It has happened before but this time all 3 boxes were like that. just thought you might like to know.

The last few boxes of Puffs+ that I've bought have had hardly any lotion in them. I thought that maybe it was just me being overly sensitive during my fall allergy seson, but now after seeing so many other people w/the same problem I know it's not just me. I hope this problem is fixed soon or else I'll be looking for a new brand of tissues!

These were the roughest tissues I have ever used. I especially bought these as I have a horrible cold. I used the first one and looked at the box as I thought I had bought the wrong ones. What did you did to this product? They are rough and in no way soft or with lotion. Regular Kleenex are WAY softer than these. I will no longer be buying this product unless the old product returns.

My family and I love the Puffs on the Go product. Based on some of the reviews I've read, I'm not the only consumer missing them! I cannot locate them at any local grocery store. Flu and cold season is not the same without them, and allergy season is here! Please bring them back or let us know how to order from the website!! The only tissues we have in our home are Puffs Plus (we buy them in bulk at our local warehouse club)!

I have used Puffs with lotion for many years. I appreciate how they don't irritate my nose like regular tissues. But I am disappointed at the new ugly designs on the boxes. They are so ugly that I kept one of the previous Puffs boxes that had the pretty butterfly design on it and I keep refilling it. But it will eventually wear out, so I hope you can come up with some prettier boxes soon.

I am not a fan. The lotion, while soothing primarily, makes my nose still feel wet. Not sure if it because of the lotion chemicals or...I am very sensitive to fragrances and lotions. I have to use a non-lotion product to get the "wet" feeling to go away. I prefer the Puffs ultra soft and basic to the lotion product.

I have had severe hay fever all my life - this tissue was the only thing that saved my nose. I have noticed a change in the feel and softness and thickness of the tissue , it is now more like a Kleenex tissue - which have always been horrendous, I thought about switching to Kleenex lotion - tried it; still bad. Very disappointed you felt the need to change it.

I have always loved Puffs far above any other tissue. I don't care how hard K-C or anyone else tries, they'll never beat my Puffs! My husband likes K-C because they pop up & he doesn't have to reach down in the box to get a tissue. That might be the only improvement I could imagine. Thanks!
