If it hadn't ben for Puffs Plus, I don't know if I would have ever gotten my kids to use tissues. They never once complained about blowing their noses when they were little. However, they are spoiled now. Schools do not provide such nice tissues and they complain of how rough school tissue is. Do Puffs Plus come in pocket packs, because even the other leading brand's tissues are not soft enough for my kids' tender little noses.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, I'm not really a tissue user. It did however come at the perfect time. My 13 y boy was sick. I gave it to him but I told him he had to give me one. I rubbed it on my face and nose and they are soooo soft. I would definitely buy them unfortunately it tends to be an extra expense I can only treat myself to, sometimes.

I first discovered Puffs while living in Ohio in the 80's and was one of your best "salespeople". Family in New England could not buy it yet, so I sent it out to them. NO MORE!!! This is my 2nd cold of this terrible season and the 2nd time that my nose is sore and red. What have you done to Puffs Plus? Is it a cost cutting matter and you've reduced the lotion? I am very dissatisfied. Having to put Vaseline on my nose before I blow is very unpleasant, but offers the only relief. I am very disappointed and will be looking at a new product when this box is empty.....or BEFORE!!

Remember when it was bad enough that you were a kid with a runny, stuffy nose and had to use those prehistoric tissues that left your nose red and raw? Thank goodness the world has moved on from those abrasive nose wipes! Puffs plus lotion are my favorite. They're soft and not an assault on my already miserable nose!

This is my go to tissue! The lotion is subtle but perfect for my allergy ridden house hold!! I have these with me always when we're on the go, and a box in just about every room in the house. We've tried all the brands and we prefer Puffs! We wouldn't be without these!

I am very disappointed in today's Puffs. I have used Puffs ever since they came on the market and they have really gotten worse instead of better. They are no longer soft as they were and forget the Plus. Also I have two boxes now that when you take out the tissue it comes out in 2 pieces. What's up Proctor and Gamble, they say they are made in the USA but I wonder about that.

We've been loyal Puffs users for years. We used to leave the boxes out uncovered on the counters because of their attractive designs. For the last couple of years the box "swatches" have gone way down hill. We thought perhaps our local store got a special price break on the "ugly" designs until I got into your web site & saw that those were the only ones available. We also feel the quality has gone downhill, making Puffs a poor value compared to its competition. We have an old mini pack of Ultra Soft & Strong & compared it directly to tissues from a new box & we could tell the difference in textures. Unfortunately, we'll be trying Kleenex brand next time.

Hello, I just wanted to inquire about your puffs plus with lotion. I recently have came down with sinus issues resulting from allergies. My go to tissue has always been PP with lotion. However, today I bought a 3 package bundle opened a box and upon use I was very disappointed. The tissue was very rough, dry and itchy for my nose. My experience with this brand has always been delightful, the tissues were thick, smelled nice, packed with amazing lotion softness and worked wonders during cold/flu and allergy season. Please advise if the tissues are produced using a different method and if there is an alternative that matches the old PP plus with lotion experience. Thank you for your time.

Cold season is upon us. As we made our trek to the grocery store to fill up on cold supplies we went right to the Puffs Plus Lotion section of the aisle to try to rescue our noses from the brutality of a rough Kleenex. It turns out - there was absolutely no softness in our box It was as dry as the Mojave desert and as rough as alligator skin! The disappointment was made worse by the fact that we were vacationing, during Christmas, in a remote location where even a trip for Kleenex was a major trek - that is even if they were open!

I am not a fan. The lotion, while soothing primarily, makes my nose still feel wet. Not sure if it because of the lotion chemicals or...I am very sensitive to fragrances and lotions. I have to use a non-lotion product to get the "wet" feeling to go away. I prefer the Puffs ultra soft and basic to the lotion product.
