I think the lotion is slimy. It gets on your fingers and then on whatever else you touch. Plus, if you accidentally grab one of these to wipe your glasses, well now your glasses have a slimy film on them and you can't see unless to go clean your glasses.

I feel compelled to let you know that you have a very loyal customer beginning to look at you competitors... You may indicate nothing has changed, but something has... The Puffs with lotion has long been a staple in our household, but with recent purchases we have noticed they are thinner, rougher, and less lotion.. I realize there is always pressure to contain costs, but this change will start costing you customers... Hopefully customer comments are valued and you reverse the changes you made before we move on.. Thanks for listening....

And the change has not been for the better. I agree with the other reviewers that notice the change. There is either not the same amount of lotion in each tissue or the lotion has been changed. Puffs with lotion has been the only tissue that I've purchased for years. I've always known that I could count on having a soft, supple, lotioned tissue when I needed it. Unfortunately that has changed and I may have to consider using another brand.

I have been buying these tissues since they came out because they were the only ones that didn't irritate my nose. I suffer from allergies almost all the time since I'm allergic to just about everything and I just don't know what happened with this product. I don't feel the soothing of the lotion anymore. They are getting rougher by the box! It seems like someone is skimping on the lotion and I'm very disappointed. What in heck has happened to my puffs?

*I have received the Puffs (to go) Plus Lotion Via @Influenster for testing Purposes. I Love the Puffs Plus Lotion because its a thick 2 ply that you can actually Feel working. I had a weekend full of allergies and these babies came to the rescue. They help lessen the risk of nose irritation and were strong to work with. (I had received them for on-the-go and they helped a lot with runny noses during car rides.) #Passthepuffs

I just switched over to lotion puffs(not vicks) because I have a runny nose. I have used them previously. My lotion puffs now have an annoying scent. Why would anyone want a scented tissue? Do they want me to sneeze harder? I find the vicks puffs foul as well and do not buy them. P & G-Please get rid of the scent.

I have exclusively bought Puffs Plus With Lotion for years. It was a great product and the only tissue we used. About 2 months ago, we noticed that the tissues were extremely rough-feeling. No softness at all. I thought that it was a production error, where the factory produced a generic tissue and somehow they were packaged in Puffs With Lotion boxes. But every pack that I buy now is the same low quality. They feel like sandpaper. I guess we have to find a different tissue because these are unacceptable.

We all hate colds but Puffs is the only thing that seems to save my face from the dreaded raw, awful, chapped nose area. Super soft and no irritation to even my sensitive skin! They're well worth buying this brand name for the quality and to assure I won't made the bad situation (a stuffy nose) worse (ripped up raw skin).

Over this past year this product has gotten quite cheaply made. More often than not my box is filled with partial pieces, not only partial pieces but they are stiff and scratchy..like I don't even know how to explain it..but definately not the puffs quality of what we are use to and loved!

Your recent design change on the box is not good. I realize that all designs are subjective and I'm trying to be open minded but outside of the tissue I would shop for another product. The package design should be non-descript and your new design is anything but and is disappointing. Each time I go to the store I look for a new design because I can't be the only person who doesn't like this package design. Hope it changes before I look for another brand.
