I have sworn by Puffs Plus for years, however I recently purchased a new box and am completely disappointed in the product. I assume there was some sort of change in the formulation of the product, because what once was a thick, luxurious facial tissue now is a thin, paper-like product with no soft, soothing lotion feel. I see there were similar sentiments felt by other reviewers, so I hope P&G listens and goes back to the previous product, because these new tissues are no different than the off-brand tissues my company provides to us in the bathroom at work.

I have lost count on how many boxes of Puffs Plus my wife and I go through a year. We both have sinus issues and the softness, strength, and especially the lotion make the "cold and flu" season bearable! The only wish I have is that Puff Plus would come in a pocket/purse package that I could pick up at my local convenience store.

I got these in my Influenster Jolly Voxbox this month. I love all Puff's products. These are great because they have a touch of soothing lotion that soothes your nose if you have been blowing it a lot due to a cold or flu or even allergies which everyone in my house has. They don't leave your nose feeling greasy or anything. They are also very strong and don't rip easily when used. I'd recommend to everyone. Thanks

Of all the years to change the formula...this is not the one. I have been very disappointed in my last 4 month's purchases of Puffs Plus Lotion - you must have changed the formula or lotion content. I thought it was a fluke a few months back - my family regularly purchases Puffs Lotion and Puffs Ultra in six packs 2-3 times a month (we have a family with many sinus issues). My husband doesn't like the lotion because he uses it sometimes on his glasses; I only use with lotion and only use Puffs - no other brand will do! However, my disappointment must be noted. I thought you accidentally switched boxes at first and maybe we got the wrong ones - but the issue has continued and their is very little lotion compared to what was provided in the past, and the price keeps going up. Your brand is still the best, but for one of the first times in a long time (and cold/flu season is not even here!) my skin is raw and chapped. Never happened before - I'm convinced the formula changed. Maybe it is the COVID demand, I don't know...but PLEASE put more lotion in your Puffs Plus Lotion tissues! Thanks for listening, sorry for complaining but I finally had enough and something needed to be said. Laura H

These are one of the softest tissues. I know when my allergies are bad or when I'm sick these are my go to. There is no scent, they are soft to the touch, and they dont leave a greasy residue on your face from the lotion. I am always stocked up. And have a box in almost every room in my house.

Love the product, my family and I use it all the time. Love the softness and that the tissues produce less dust than other similar products. The box colors in the 8 pack multipack (bright green, crazy blue, violet, etc.) are awful, they do not go with any color scheme in my home. I would love to have an option of purchasing a more neutral packaging color that will fit with every room decor!

Let's be honest, if you use any tissue long enough, your nose is going to be a little chafed and tender. Puffs Plus Lotion just makes the whole thing a lot less painful and slows the process. I really won't use anything else when I have a runny nose. I go straight for the puffs plus lotion because I know those are gentelest on a sore nose!

This is a great tissue. It's very durable. It doesn't come apart when you use it. There's no cons to using this 3. It definitely doesn't need any improvement. It's a little pricey but well worth the price. I have recommended this product to my friends. 

Whenever I am a victim of allergy season, I need tissue that not only does the job, but keeps my nose from being raw and dry. I keep a box of this tissue by my bed, on my desk and on the end table. I need it in arm's reach when I need it. It's affordable and durable and nose approved.

These bad boys won’t rip or tear easily while using them and they can hold up with the worst nasal congestion. The lotion helps to not rub your nose red raw and they are super silky and soft. A thick ply so they are definitely a great choice over those cheap brands you get at hotels.
