Puffs disappointment Date: May 4, 2009 "I have only bought Puffs for years now. However, last week I bought a six-pack of Puffs Plus lotion. I am so disappointed. They are extremely thin, crumbly, and leave lint everywhere including my face and clothes and place where I am sitting or standing. I used them to blot eye drops and ended up with lint in my eyes. Quite frankly I don't know what to do with the boxes of tissue other than toss them out. I don't know of anything that they would be good for. I've never had this happen with any brand of tissue, but it is such a disappointment that I will not buy Puffs again. Sorry guys. This is really a bad change in tissue that you've made." I would rather make this comment directly to the company instead of a public venue.

Used these many times in the past and thought they were great. Super soft and soothing an irritated nose. You could actually feel the lotion on the tissues. Bought them a few days ago and the tissues did NOT feel like they have any lotion on them, the quality of the tissue was very poor, it was very corse and stiff. Even double checked the product to make sure I had the right tissues.

Especially when me or my family members are sick because they don't rub ur nose or eyes raw like normal tissues do.I always have a pack on hand for emergency's and the travel size packs are perfect for in the car, my purse, etc.

My family has exclusively used Puffs Plus Lotion since they were introduced. But the box design has always been ugly and unappealing. A few recent designs have been an improvement. When I shop for tissues, the first thing that catches my eye is the Kleenex display with its colorful and attractive designs on its boxes. But I always loyally reach for my ho-hum drab quality standby, Puffs Plus. Just because you make a good product doesn't mean it has to be boring. Let's have some exciting colors and designs to display in our homes and offices to catch our attention and cheer us a bit when we need to reach for a hankie! The playful prints are a step in the right direction! Let's see more creativity in the other Puffs products!

Overall i love Puffs. They are study when blowing and they do not have as many fly away particles as some of the other leading brands. The only thing I have a hard time with is when I have a really runny nose, the tissue is not as absorbing as i would like due to the lotion content in the tissue. It does protect against red raw noses during cold and flu season. still give it a 5 star rating. Lori

I have been a fan of Puffs Plus since they came out years ago. I used them exclusively. This winter I noticed a significant decline in quality. They are more thin and not nearly as soft. Plus, throughout the box (and this has occurred in several different boxes) there are batches of really scratchy tissues. I don't understand why the quality had to suffer. I have a bad cold right now and had to cross enemy lines and buy a different tissue. I hated to do it but until the quality improves, I have no choice.

Very disappointed to see the box has shrunk, but price has not. Do you just assume the public is too stupid to notice? Tissue is not the same either. I will be looking for another brand. I have been very happy with this brand for years, so I am VERY disappointed.

I always keep Puffs Plus in the house and this weekend reminded me why! I got an awful cold on Thursday and now its Sunday night and I've gone through almost an entire box and my nose feels just fine! I can only imagine how red and irritated it would be if I didn't have Puffs Plus.

I remember the first time my mom had boug plus lotion for me. There was never a winter that I wouldn't get sick and every other tissue would end up leaving my nose irritated, red and hurting after each use and then I was introduced to Puffs plus lotion. I remember the first that I used they were so extremely soft that you were actually able to feel the lotion on them. This had become my go to tissue every time I got sick and I would buy them just because. But now throughout the years you can barely feel the lotion anymore!!! They ALMOST feel like the other Puffs ultra soft tissue. What happened to the original Puffs plus lotion?! Even the Vicks Puffs plus lotion dont have the feel of lotion anymore, they smell like Vicks which is AMAZING, but the lotion feel on the Vicks tissue and on the Plus lotion tissue is gone! I just hope that the Vicks tissue isn't changed or starts loosing its smell of Vicks, because that would be very DISAPPOINTING!!! Please bring back the feel of the lotion!

I had to actually check to see if I bought the wrong kind. I can't detect any lotion whatsoever and they feel rougher than I remember. I can even clean my glasses without leaving residue so that pretty much confirms there's no lotion. What happened to this product I've known and trusted for my family for years?
