I have noticed that the whole box doesn't have the same softness throughout. I alays buy the cubes with lotion and have been recently disappionted. My daughter has even mentioned that they are not as soft. I would like to have the same consistence as I had in the past. My daughter is using toilet paper most of the time and she use to tell everyone that Puffs was the brand to buy. I haven't heard her say that the past few months.

I am so disappointed that Puffs has changed the quality of the tissues. They used to be so soft and gentle on the skin, especially during cold season. I bought 3 boxes of Puffs with lotion, but threw them aside and am using a soft brand of toilet paper for my cold and putting lotion on my skin. Why oh why did P&G change the product???????? My poor nose...

I always buys Puffs Plus! The other day I ran to a neighborhood store, instead of my normal place. They did not have the small squre Puffs Plus box, so I purchased "Kleenex" brand; on the box it said "Now softer and stronger!" I thought, ok, this should be ok. Both my husband and I have a cold so we had gone through even our resevere supply, that is why I had to buy more...so I opened the box and put it on his end table. He grabbed the first one, blew his nose and said..."What is wrong with the tissues? They sure aren't as soft as the other ones. Are they the cheap ones?" I had to laugh that he also noticed the difference. I will not stray again, even if they only have the larger boxes! We love Puffs Plus and will continue to purchase those, no matter if I have to drive to another store to get them!

I agree with Ozzie from WI - and others, who want Puffs boxes to go with the color schemes of their homes. Stripes, multi-colors just DON'T. Some other recent designs have been just great - but now, I can't find those either! I don't want "multi-box" packaging which requires taking colors I don't like - I want to choose colors for my home. I have used Puffs Plus Lotion for years and years - I have severe dry eye, plus periodic sinus issues, and Puffs are wonderfully helpful on both - and I have "adjusted" to your box design "changes" again and again - all of which must be due to being hard-pressed just to "change" things, not to satisfy long-term customers. I have had no success whatsoever in trying to contact someone in your company who has sway in this area of marketing - does anyone ever ANSWER these complaints???

this is, by a country mile, the softest, most soothing tissue that I have ever used. And it's reassuring to know that Puffs is always on hand when the kids come home with the runny, yucky noses....as a mom you have my stamp of approval!...now if you could just make a product that helps my kids eat their vegetables.

Of all the years to change the formula...this is not the one. I have been very disappointed in my last 4 month's purchases of Puffs Plus Lotion - you must have changed the formula or lotion content. I thought it was a fluke a few months back - my family regularly purchases Puffs Lotion and Puffs Ultra in six packs 2-3 times a month (we have a family with many sinus issues). My husband doesn't like the lotion because he uses it sometimes on his glasses; I only use with lotion and only use Puffs - no other brand will do! However, my disappointment must be noted. I thought you accidentally switched boxes at first and maybe we got the wrong ones - but the issue has continued and their is very little lotion compared to what was provided in the past, and the price keeps going up. Your brand is still the best, but for one of the first times in a long time (and cold/flu season is not even here!) my skin is raw and chapped. Never happened before - I'm convinced the formula changed. Maybe it is the COVID demand, I don't know...but PLEASE put more lotion in your Puffs Plus Lotion tissues! Thanks for listening, sorry for complaining but I finally had enough and something needed to be said. Laura H

I am very, very disappointed in the Puffs Plus with Lotion. I suffer from allergies and go through kleenex like crazy. I use to love the Puffs Plus with Lotion. I have notice a change and not a good one. They seem to feel rougher and dryer than a regular kleenex. The Puffs Ultra Soft and Strong feel softer than the Puffs Plus with Lotion. I will no longer buy this product.

Management I hope that you read these reviews because it is apparent to me there are many people who are as disappointed as I am. What has happened to my "used to be" favorite tissue??? I know that manufacturers are trying to continue making money so are decreasing size but you've gone just a bit too far. You've not only gone small, in some cases bigger is better, you have taken out the lotion. I would rather spend more for the same product. So I will be buying the store brand from now on. If I am not getting quality at the same cost I will buy cheaper to save myself some money. GOOD BYE PUFFS I REALLY DO MISS THE OLD PUFFS
