I am so disappointed that Puffs has changed the quality of the tissues. They used to be so soft and gentle on the skin, especially during cold season. I bought 3 boxes of Puffs with lotion, but threw them aside and am using a soft brand of toilet paper for my cold and putting lotion on my skin. Why oh why did P&G change the product???????? My poor nose...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family has all shared a very yucky colds. There is nothing like the soft tissue on your very irritated nose. It's like laying on a nice clean soft pillow. Jut one way to make you feel a bit better.

Just opened a new package today and the tissues are so scratchy. I immediately noticed a difference. I checked the packaging with the last package I bought and the ingredient list is different. Have you changed the formula? I hope not!!!! Puffs were the only kind of tissue I could use when sick to prevent cold sores happening due to raw, chapped skin. Very disappointed with your product today. I sure hope it was an anomaly and you have not changed my beloved tissues.

I always loved your tissues. Especially this one. Someone finally understood what it was like to have a sore nose from having to blow so often. Even my girls have purchased this product (they grew up with it). I'm not sure why the formula was changed but i am certainly not getting that same experience. The lotion doesn't seem to be present anymore. This is what set you apart from your competition (for me). I really miss the lotion and so does my nose. I am very sad.

Everyone in my house loves puffs. Puffs are soft for one. Nobody wants to be sick with their nose running all day long and have to use a tissue that feels like sandpaper. Puffs has other things that make them good. You can get regular or some with lotion added. I personally like the one with Vicks Vapor added. It helps unstop your stuffy nose.

i have always loved using puffs my entire life. my mom bought it all the time. it's so soft and does not leave your nose red like many other brands do. i will continue to purchase puffs because I've never been let down by them. they don't break/fall apart when u blow your nose/use them...they can withstand a lot haha. keep up the good work

I absolutely love Puffs Plus Lotion! It has seriously been the only kind of tissues I have used since I was a teenager. I have almost constant allergy issues and they keep my nose from getting red, flaky, and painful. I have and will always recommend them to people when they're sick. I will never stop using them.

I, too, have been buying Puffs Plus for years. With the last few boxes I purchased both my husband and I noticed the marked difference in the quality and softness. They are far rougher than they were and the lotion is hardly noticeable. I will be looking for a new brand when I next go shopping as I see no need to spend a premium for something that no longer delivers what I paid for.

The quality control for Puffs with Lotion has totally gone down hill. So many times I pull out a tissue and I get a single one…or I get one and think it’s the last one and there is 3/4 of the box left….having to dig in the box to find the start of the next tissue…most frustrating!! I used to buy nothing but Puffs…. I’m rethinking my decision!

I've used the Puffs ever since they started putting lotion in it, but the last 24 boxes I've bought have not had the usual amount of lotion and does not protect the nose as well. Please check quality in production. Also would like to suggest a better design on boxes. Daisys are too over-rated. Don't mix box colors in multi-packs - would prefer to pick color for individual room decor. Soft and bold colors with tone on tone background. Think outside the box.
