Like other reviewers, I am dissatisfied with the new Puffs Lotion tissues. I just recently bought a 3-pack. When I used the first tissue, I went back to the box thinking I had inadvertently bought the regular Puffs because the tissue was not soft at all. But I had bought the right one. It is definitely NOT the same quality as the old ones. If you're wanting to lose a bunch of customers to the Kleenex brand, I guess you're going about it the right way. I also agree with previous comments about the design on the boxes. Don't care for them, but care even less for the quality of the tissue inside.

I have purchased Puffs since they first were introduced, leaving far behind Kleenex. Kleenex could never compete with Puffs until now. The quality is now the same as Kleenex, leaving only price competition. Please bring back the quality of Puffs be a use right now they are terrible.

Puffs Plus Lotion is the ideal tissue to use when my or my children's noses are raw and irritated from constant blowing due to allergies, sinus issues and colds. They're soft enough to dab at your eyes or the gentle skin of a child's cheek. Soft, strong and effective.

This product could not have come at a better time! I was suffering from allergies and my nose was runny (eww, I know!) Usually my nose gets red and irritated when I use other brands of tissue. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a great product especially for the little nose I have running aroung. With it getting cold outside I have him blowing his nose alot. It's nice to have a product that will put some moisture back on his little red nose instead of getting more red and becoming irritated and dry.

My mom instilled in me "puffs plus lotion" for years. Only once did I make the frugal mistake of trying something else. I then see these new "simplified" options and bought multiple packages of puffs lotion. I don't feel the lotion and I don't feel the strength. Please give us the old formula back, switch your sources of trees or combine your strong tissues with more lotion. Allergy season and winter depend on it. If not my house and office and future kids will switch from puffs.

received puffs plus lotion via the Influenster #TLCVoxBox. I had used the product in the past but as of late became cheap and had switched to the bargain brand. One sinus infection later, I realize I will never go back to the bargain brand again, my nose stayed so soft, even after excessive blowing! <3 #passthepuffs

For years I have been a strong speaker for Puff Plus with Lotion. This was the only thing I would buy. If my husband brouhgt anything else home I would make him take it back and get the right thing. Now I am so disappointed it isn't even funny. I have the flu. that is a horrible thing to have and now i have a nose that screams in pain to me each time I blow it. I actually went out and got a box of Kleenex with lotion before my puff plus with lotion was nothing mroe then a scratchy horrible thing. Not lotion no softness and I bought a three pack. what a waste of my money during a holiday time. And i know I am not losing my mind before on the way to the store I found a old box in my car with three left. they were great. Whatever you changed. Fix it. What you are doing now is horrible

I used to not be able to survive a cold/flu without using Puffs Plus Lotion. They were soothing and fluffy soft. However, I just bought a some yesterday (because I have a horrible cold), and they are NOT the same Puffs I remember. They are rough and don't seem to have any lotion on them at all. They are worse than the tissues I use on a regular basis. This is so unfortunate, and I hope these negative reviews inspire Puffs manufacturers to re-think their product changes. I want my old Puffs back!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this product before and like it quite a lot, especially at this time of year. My only problem with it is that I tend to forget that it has lotion in it and try to use it to clean my glasses. Not a good thing!
