Nice size for snacking with some peanut butter. Good flavor, more on the sweet side than sour. Clean, crisp and juicy.

These apples need scrubbed and I mean a lot. Very bitter chemical on the outside. Not just a simple wash and eat.

Cosmic Crisp is a great name.... best apple in the cosmos. Better than Honeycrisp, or Fuji, which are also very good.
