I bought these because they sounded delicious and perfect even though they are more expensive. Well, they were out of this world all right, out of this world lousy. After 2 bites, they had a bitter taste and a weird texture. I spit them out both times I tried them. I would never get them again!

Our favorite apple normally but this last bag must have had some age on them. One apple went bad the next day and the rest were on the way out so I had to cook them. Still had a great flavor just not the freshest. I will buy Cosmic Crisp apples again but I will try the check the freshness better.

These have NOT been up to the same caliber as they were last year. The apples are mealy and not as tasty. Was hoping the first bag purchased this 'season' was a fluke because we enjoyed them so much last year. Second bag purchased with same results.

These apples are now covered with a bad-tasting film that ruins their taste. This is the second consecutive bag where I’ve experienced this and it’s getting worse. I was able to peel the skin to remove the taste the first time, but this time removing the skin didn’t make a difference and I’ve been forced to discard the entire bag. Very disappointed in Sam’s because they’ve always had the highest quality fruits.

Very disappointing to use the website in store. Nowhere does it tell the isle or location for product and then requires looking for employee or going to service area. Looked a long time for croutons and eventually found a stocker to tell me they were moved to a completely new location. 😔

These are great apples. They have a very similar taste to a honeycrisp apple. I do think they are a little bit harder and crispier than the honey crisp but that just may be this batch. They're grown in Washington state and I follow one of the Washington State growers on social media.

I love this Apple, This was my first time trying this brand. The apples are fresh and long lasting. I typically have one as a late evening snack - just enough sweetness to beat back the sweet tough cravings I have. They are a firm bite with a tangy sweetness.

I usually eat Envy apples from Sam’s but the last 3 bags we purchased were all bad. The apple were definitely beyond their sell by date regardless of what the actual date was. They were mushy and had a bad taste. I bought the Cosmic crisp apples and they were pretty good but not as good as Envy. The Cosmics are sweet and crisp but are more acidic than Envy. Envy seems to have just the right balance of sweetness and acid. The Cosmics are a good substitute if the Envy apples are unavailable.

These are may favorite type of apple. Consistently quite large, very crisp and sweet. However, the bag I bought at Sam's that were smaller, not as crisp and had an oily coating that was hard to wash off. I found MUCH better Cosmic Crisp apples at other nearby supermarket for a lower price.

Cosmic Apples is my new go to apple now replacing Honey Crisp. The texture and skin is about the same. Cosmic Apples still have the sweetness and are half the price of Honey Crisps. Honey Crisp in my opinion are a little more tart than the Cosmic Apples.
