Great Bang for the Buck

Overall this mower is hard to beat for the money. I like it and would recommend it. It's not as refined as say a Honda or a Toro, but it gets the job done for much less money. The fabric handle on the lawn clipping bag tore the first time I used it. The bag was very full and heavy but it didn't seam like the handle was sewn all the way across. I submitted a warranty claim on line and the manufacturer sent me a replacement back within a few days which was great. Pros: Price, power, lawn debris suction, 4 wheel height adjustment handle Cons: Weight, jerky rear wheel drive engagement; not easy to trim around landscaping slowly without doing manually, and then weight becomes an issue

Nice piece of equipment

Very good price, it's lightweight and nice engine. I am very happy with it, except… The 2 handles (one to make it run and the other for speed) are not padded and placed rather far apart. I ended up putting my own padding on the speed control bar because it actually hurt my thumb joint after a few minutes. Otherwise I would've given it a 5 star.

Pretty good mower

Very good mower for the price. Self drive start is rather abrupt (almost like an on off switch) but once you get used to it you will be okay. Mower is quite light weight which is good for those areas that require short push type action like in corners and such where you can't use the self drive.

Simple & easy mower for anyone to use

This is a fantastic mower. The power of this mower is shockingly fast and strong. It is easy to start, lightweight, and I don't have to struggle to push it. The self-propelled action makes it simple to use, esp for people who lack strength in the upper body. I am disabled and it takes me no time at all to get both front and back yards mowed and hardly breaking a sweat! The price is unbeatable for this machine as well!

Wish pace could be set!

Can't set the pace and it is rear wheel drive and fast too fast! I would have spent a $100 more to get a pace adjustable Toro with big wheels like this one! This lawn mower does have some cool things, but is more a push mower especially if gras is tall.

Self propelled at a RUN!

Self propelled mower that has only one speed, RUN! My previous mower was adjustable. This one the instructions instruct you to completely press the control which if a person tries to keep up it's just shy of a full run. I'm 65yrs old and I'm mowing grass on a hillside. It's ridiculous to have to run with this mower. Called the manufacturer and asked if there might be an adjustment. No. I rated this product a 3 because it's a good mower but the self propelled is not suited for me.

Price isn't everything! Quality comes first!

Great mower. This mower is easy to use and start. I purchased a high end model from a lawn care store with electric start, it was hard to use and would not usually start. This mower starts on the first pull every time. The high end mower made me so tired that I hated mowing. This one does not exhaust me because it actually is self propelled and is easier to use. I highly recommend this more.

Great value for the money

The mower was easy to assemble and prepare to mow. However, the handle for the self-propel drive is hard for my small hands to grasp while also holding to the safety trigger on the top of the handle. I like that the bag has a slick bottom so clippings move easily away from the blade, and you can get a full bag before you need to empty it.

The Force be with Your Yard

Never had a mower so easy to assemble right out of the box, add oil and gasoline and cranked on the first pull of the rope (and every pull since then). Beware of the self-propelled speed; it will walk you to death and you'll mow your yard in half the time. On a hill the rear tires will get scratch!!

Nice mower

It does run a little fast at the start but who cares because you can't find a mower this nice at this price. I think people with this tiny yards may find it annoying to use do to its torque at start up but if you have plenty of room to let it run then you will like it.
