Very rare for me to give anything 5 stars but this mower performed flawlessly. I used it in all 3 modes. Even in tall heavy grass it never stalled. Started on the 1st pull every time except when I ran it out of gas and after sitting all winter and even then only 2-3 pulls. It mulched leaves like a champ - They literally dissappear as long as go a little slower & if really heavy coverage might have to go over 2x but I bagged ZERO leaves. Honestly, if the thing died after one season I'd STILL be happy w/it but I expect it'll be fine for a few years. Might even sell it after 2-3 years & but a new one.

Used it 2 times to mow our regular size lawn maybe 1/3 of an acre it worked great. On the third time the self-propelled system felled. Fixed it and it failed again. Belt kept falling off of the PLASTIC pulley. Finished mowing the lawn without the self-propelled. Returned it for a full refund.

Ordered yesterday for store pickup today. Picked it up around 1030. It was broken within 20 mins of cutting my yard. It fired straight up after putting it together. But, the self propel went out. Made it very difficult to Finnish cutting. Went to exchange in the store. After almost 2 hours of going back and forward to customer service I gave up and just got a complete refund.
