First off easy to put together and operate. Cuts very well and easy to manage.

Excellent performance

The first mow stopped within one hour - received a replacement promptly

The replacement seems to work fine

This was the second mower I bought, same model.   The first one the front wheel rubbed against the bed of the mower and would not turn.   I returned it.   The second one I used for about 20 minutes and the metal piece that is used to set the mower height fell off.   It was not welded properly.  I returned it.   I decided to buy a mower somewhere else.

Poor quality control.

I have not used a lawnmower in over 13 years, so there was some anxiety with getting back out there. I cut just shy of a third of an acre with no problem.  The self propel function made it easy going up slight inclines and hills. I'm glad I went with this product versus going with a more expensive mower.
