Love it!

Received my lawnmower timely, great construction and well packaged. Easy to assemble and so far cuts great. I used it the same day. If you haven't used a self propelled in awhile it can be quite tricky because it moves fast and can get away from you. Overall I love it!

Great machine

This is the best lawn mower I have ever purchased. I missed cutting my zoysia lawn for 2.5 weeks due to long work hours. When I finally began to cut it, this machine was like a beast. It didn't stall, and bagged all the clippings. This purchase was worth every dime.

Great American Orange Machine.

This is my first rear wheel drive mower and a little disappointed in its driving the mower through damp grass or thick soft grass. It feels like the wheels slip which causes a surge/hesitation while in motion. The grasses I'm mowing are Zoysia in the back yard and Centipede in the front and side yards. The yard is mostly flat with a slight slope on one side of the yard. The Zoysia is very thick and soft but it's like walking on sponge. On either of the grasses, especially Zoysia, if I lower the deck too the 1 1/2 inch or lower the rear wheel drive has difficulty in pushing the mower forward because the leading edge gets caught up in the thickness of the grass. I do, however, like the way it doesn't slide on a side slope as opposed to the front wheel drive I had before. Other features I like are the larger grass catcher, the ease of use for the single lever to raise or lower the mower deck, the ease of converting from mulching to side discharge, or the use of the grass catcher. My first cut I mulched, the second cut I used the grass catcher. Very pleased with both cuts at the 2+ inch cut setting.

Piece of junk

The upper handle was at least 2 inches wider then the lower handle. I called and the guy said to put both bolts on loosely and then tighten them up. Then the engine wouldn't start because it was dented so the blade couldn't go around. Banged that out. Got the engine to start only to have it keep stalling. I ended up taking it back.

Mean machine

I was used to front wheel drive and I could just raise the front wheels and turn, now with rear wheel drive I have to retrain myself, when I get ready to turn I have to release the clutch. I like the mower but being an 80 year old women I wish I had gotten one with speed control because I have to walk a little faster than I did with my other mower. Over all it's a good cutting mower and once I get used to the clutch I think I'll do fine.

Does the Job

Good mower for the price. Only complaint is the same as others. The self-propel function is difficult to adjust. This is due to the oversize rear wheels causing a misalignment with the timing/speed of the self-propelling function. The self-propel was obviously set up for smaller rear wheels.

HIGH SPEED walk behind Mower

The mower starts easily but is very heavy to trim with..very bulky and clumbersome to work with.. no handle adjustment whatsoever and no speed adjustment on the self propulsion... If you are real long legged and like to walk fast this might be yhe mower for you... I am a short legged person so it is not for me. very disappointed in this purchase

Stop shopping and Buy

Amazing purchase!! Easy to assemble out of the box. Everything needed to cut, including oil, right in the box (except fuel). Easy to adjust deck where one wheel adjusts them all (no more even wheel adjustments), large back wheel, great torque during self-propel, 3-in-1 with all the attachments, and overall sharp look. Great mower for a single yard or a neighborhood business.

Quick start - Very fast in self-propelled mode

The mower was easy to assemble and it is easy to start. The only reason for the 4 instead of 5 star is that the mower goes so fast in the self-propel mode that I am nearly running to keep up with it. I have tried to pull the bar up only half-way in hopes of slowing the self-propelled feature down but this did not work in that way.

Best mower value EVER

EASY to assemble - just attached the handle - love the high rear wheels and rear wheel drive versus front. powerful and cuts 22 versus 21 of most mowers. Bag it, Mulch it, side discharge - very simple to adjust to your preference. BEST EVER height adjustment - 1 lever that is quick and simple!
