So I ordered the bundle since it seemed like a good deal, but very unhappy with the quality of the product. The tri-color toner did not work at all and is empty, at least that is what my printer shows. How do I return part of a bundle? The black toner works but is half full after only printing out less than 300 copies and this is suppose to be a high yield cartridge, that's why I ordered it! Don't waste your money!!!

I had a half full no name cartridge because I had to print around 500 pages to print this as spare , I printed 200 pages with left over old one put this cartridge around 10 Am after printing 150 this alarmed at late afternoon and this brand new HP brand printed around 200 pages it is just waist of money and patience. Then I bought another brand. This cartridge leave me in the middle of the road.

I like ordering my ink from Sam's, it last a long time when using on pages that are double sided, that way I'm not wasting ink for only doing one page at a time. I have always used HP ink, until I started getting instant saving from Sam's Website. Now I only order through Sam's. The price was a lot less too.

I love the HP cartridges in XL. You get a lot more ink and I am not always changing the cartridges are on hand when you order backups. I try to keep at least two blacks and a tricolor in the cabinet. We go thru twice as many blacks as colors. Good buy!

I tried a generic ink cartridge, that was cheaper than the national brand. What a mistake, it apparently did not fit properly and ink spewed all over and jammed my printer. As soon as I cleaned it up, I took it back to the store and got a refund. I went online to Sam's Club and was delighted to find this ink in stock. I ordered it and went to pick it up! I tried other office supplies stores and none of the three had this in stock. The XL is harder to find, but at Sam's it was less expensive than the others. Sam's Club will be first on my list when I need office supplies from now on, as other products that they sell.

i was very disappointed especially since this is an actual HP cartridge, not a knock-off. The color cartridge's red tone is brown. So basically any color that is supposed to have any actual red in it will not look right. Big waste of a lot of money. Oh and the package came damaged as well.

I buy it because I have the printer that requires this cartridge
