Hard to eat

Jerky is soft and moist. Hubby prefers dryer jerky so we left his bag open so the air could dry it out. He absolutely loved it. He thinks that it is tastier when it is dryer. The jerky is of high quality. It has a good flavor but it is a bit spicy for my taste. Hubby believes it’s not spicy at all. He does eat a lot of spicy foods though.

Enjoy beef jerk has been part of my childhood. It's like the standard of beef jerky for me since it's how I started. I saw a big bag of it for around $13 at Sam's Club and couldn't believe the price. However, as soon as I opened it and handled it I could tell it was different. It was more moist than I remember and it's a lot sweeter without being as salty. I've had their beef jerky and it tasted fine no more than 8 months ago. However, the stuff they are selling at Sam's the product looks really nice but I really have to question what kind of changes they made. This stuff is barely edible.
