Again, the flavor is smooth with a subtle ale taste throughout (first taste and aftertaste). I might describe this taste as a wave of pleasantness. It tastes almost flowery and slightly sweet the more I drink. This would be a good choice for someone who wants a versatile flavor and lightness. I would like this with pizza or pasta to offset something that has full, fatty ingredients.
