Oliver Soft Red was recommended to me several years ago, when I was looking for a sweet red wine. It is a wonderful, full-bodied red wine that goes with just about everything. On occasion, the Walmart where I usually shop, has stored this wine in a less-than-suitable location, resulting in a sour flavor. This is not the fault of the manufacturer, but whomever is in charge at the Walmart warehouse where the product is kept.

Everything went fine, flavorful, smooth and sweet. More suitable for women and those who want a taste of wine in their touge but not too much winery. It's good overall but personally I would prefer something a little bit stronger.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sweet red isn’t kidding about the sweet. It’s yummy, definitely needs to be chilled. It’s almost tastes like grapes juice at first then it tastes like wine towards the end. I like it, kind of reminds me of Jam Jar.

The flavor is fruity and sweet withought being super overwhelming. Its 11% alcohol but didnt feel like it. I paired it with my chicken dinner, it was a great addition.

I’ve always been a sweet white wine girl because I found reds to be just too dry and bitter for my taste.  But I saw this one and it said sweet red so I decided to give it a go. This is my new favorite  wine. It’s not dry but it’s also not too sweet. It has a  wonderful flavor and even the after taste is pleasant.  I will definitely look for this one again

I like how smooth this red is without being overly sweet or bitter, great for get togethers. A hand written note on the package card was an appreciated touch from the vineyard.

This is the best wine we have ever tasted. We used to buy CA wines out of Temecula. This has quickly become our new "go-to" wine that pairs well with everything. We are now huge loyal fans of Oliver Sweet Red wine. We are slowly building our collection of Sweet Red for the holidays (if they make it that long) from the local HEB.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This red wine is very sweet and juice-like, especially when chilled. I would reach for it at brunch or on a warm evening. I paired this wine with chocolate cake as suggested on the bottle. Surprisingly, that pairing lessened the sweet aftertaste, which I preferred as someone who generally favors dry wines.
