Filling and when cooked correctly just like at a fast food restaurant

Followed the instructions the bread gets hard and makes the the sandwich hard to bite. The sandwich is very small

Tiny. Not even a full egg. Same size as a White Castle slider. Bland Croissant shaped white bread not a real croissant

These are a staple at my house and eat one most every day. That being said, the last couple of boxes have had multiple items that are apparently not sealed fully as they are full of ice!! This leads to a VERY SOGGY SANDWICH. Taste is edible but not pleasant to eat. I would normally rate at 4+ stars as are a little pricy for the size in my opinion. This "ice problem" never used to happen and been buying them for probably a decade. PLEASE FIX!!!
