You need to defrost for 90 seconds and then heat for another 30 using regular temperature. All while wrapped in paper towel. Wish you could heat in wrapper.

Best if taken apart and cook the sausage and egg in microwave under defrost, then put back together and do the wrap in paper towel with 30, then 20 after flipping the sandwich.
