A few years ago they were Amazing ! The sausage was flavorful and tender, the buttery croissant was light and fluffy, the cheese rich and smooth. Then, little by little the changes began. The white cooking cloth was removed and replaced by plastic. They reduced the flavoring in the sausage and now the meat is sub-par and chewy. The cheese is now bland and eggs are meh. The croissant, now if cooked in original packaging is soggy and sticky. They only raised the price marginally which is nice, but the quality has been sacrificed to maintain that cost. I feel this is a different version of the Hershey effect ?

taste great. Just wrap with a paper towel 80 sec in the microwave on high comes out perfect. In the description it says you leave in wrapper . Haven't tried that yet. Before leaving negative comments try reading. As for size, try getting this many from fast food joints and compare size.

I like these sandwiches for a quick breakfast. About as good as McDonald's but without having to stop in the car. Nutrition wise I prefer the lower calorie offerings from Jimmy Dean that Sam's carries occasionally. One downside is the gristle found in the sausage patty. .

I have been buying these for several months and my husband and I enjoy them when we don't feel like cooking breakfast and on Sunday morning before church. We also will sometimes eat them in the evenings when we have an early dinner. I buy a couple boxes at a time . The last time I purchased at Sam's Club when I got one out to heat it I noticed they were in smaller pkgs that were perfect together. Don't really care for that since sometimes when you're tearing a pkg off another pkg will rip and then it's no longer sealed for freshness. Heating it I figured would require new timing in the microwave but they were the same. I went ahead and adjusted the time I heated it but Sunday my husband heated some and he followed directions and we had hard not edible bread . ☹️. Manufacturer needs to change the heating directions. Actually would be nice if they just changed everything back to how it was. Consumers notice when products shrink! Stop trying to fool us. Honesty and transparency are the best selling practices. Rant and criticism over. These do taste good , much better than many breakfast foods. As long as you heat them just right.

I buy these all the time for an easy breakfast. They taste great and the price is good for the 12 pack. I would love to see Sam's get a bacon egg and cheese one or the biscuit sandwich ones soon. I don't always have a lot of time in the mornings trying to get the kids off to school and such, so these are perfect to make sure I get something.

I normally get these Jimmy Dean Sausage Egg and Cheese Croissants but every time I get them at Sam's the quality is awful compared to the ones I buy at Publix or Walmart. On these the sausage is nasty it has a vinegar taste and it's full of fat chunks and gristle. I hate that I wasted my money on these trying to save money. The only reason for the two stars is that I can still eat the bread,egg and cheese, just throw away that sausage. To keep from the hassle of returning them I will replace that nasty sausage with the frozen patties sausage from Walmart, but I will not buy them again from Sam's
