This cheese is my go-to when I make Mexican Street Corn on-the-cob and for fish tacos!!!! It tastes incredible and makes these dishes stand out.

So yummy! This cheese has the perfect powdery texture and is nice and salty. I keep it in the freezer, easy to use a bit at a time.

Great flavor

Not bad, but it is the consistency/size of bread crumbs. It is also quite salty. We got it to top tacos and enchiladas etc. but didn't like it. You can't really taste it other than the salt. We much prefer to use a crumbling cheese round after trying this Cotija. If you were using this to mix into a recipe maybe it would seem better? Like this, we won't buy it again.
