Excellent to eat out of the bag, add in an alfredo sauce for richer savory flavor, or even as a melt to most melt sandwiches or on toasted bagel. This cheese taste is good.

really different from what this gringo is used to. its ground fine like powder, a different taste from what I'm used to. not a bad taste, but definitely different.

Great taste! Sprinkle over tamales, enchiladas, soft tacos, burritos, pretty much anything. If you eat a spoonful straight out of the bag, no judgment from me, it's that good!

This cheese is quite good, it's not like the og traditional cotija cheese, but it's the best widely available cotija cheese out there, I use it for refried beans and elote en vaso/chasca (corn in a cup).
